Oise er en flod, der udspringer i det sydlige Belgien og strømmer mere end 300 kilometer mod sydvest gennem Paris-bakken i det nordlige Frankrig. Det er den vigtigste biflod til Seine efter Marne.
Den udspringer i Belgien, syd for Chimay i Thiérache, på en højde af 309 m, og munder efter 351 km, hvoraf 341 km er i Frankrig, ud i Seine nær Conflans-Sainte-Honorine i det franske departement Yvelines. Fra Compiègne til sit udløb er Oise sejlbart for indre skibe.
