Kanalen Duinkerke-Schelde er en kanal i regionen Hauts-de-France, der forbinder havnen i Duinkerke med den kanaliserede Schelde ved Valenciennes. Det blev udbygget i 1950'erne og 60'erne gennem moderniseringen af en række eksisterende kanaler og floder, så en vandvej blev skabt, der er egnet til skubbe konvojer på op til 3.000 ton. Kanalen har 8 sluser, hvoraf slusen ved Arques på Canal de Neufossé erstatter den tidligere skibslift ved Les Fontinettes. Den samlede rute består af følgende kanaler og kanaliserede floder.
