L'Ognon er en fransk flod, der udspringer ved Château-Lambert i Haute-Saône i en højde af 904 m. Ognon strømmer ud i Saône ved Heuilley-sur-Saône i en højde af 185 m.
Denne naturlige flod kan især om efteråret blive en vild strøm med en vandføring på 10 m3/s. Der er 55 dæmninger og overløb i strømmen.
