Siden dets oprettelse i 2009 har Turistkontoret været til rådighed for besøgende til at rådgive, guide og give oplysninger før og under deres ophold. Udover informationsservice, organisering af skræddersyede ophold og byvandringer for grupper og enkeltpersoner, vil du finde mange tjenester som en interaktiv terminal tilgængelig 24/7, en dynamisk informationsskærm og gratis wifi adgang. Turistkontoret har 3 turistinformationskontorer i Vianne (15 km), ved foden af Moulin des Tours de Barbaste (5 km) og i Mézin (15 km).
