Montmédy-Haut er en by med cirka 100 indbyggere i det franske departement Meuse i kommunen Montmédy.
Arnold III, grev af Chiny, lod i 1221 den første borg i Montmédy bygge: château de Mady, hvoraf stedet har fået sit navn. Fra 1221 til 1364 var Montmédy hovedstaden i amt Chiny.
