Cadoles de Champagne er gamle tørre stenhytter (lignende spækhuggere af sten), typiske for vinmarkerne i Côte des Bar (Bar-sur-Seine og Bar-sur-Aube) og blev bygget af og for vinbønderne for at beskytte dem mod det dårlige vejr om vinteren og mod varmen om sommeren.
