Petworth House i Petworth, West Sussex, England, er en herregård fra det 17. århundrede, genopbygget i 1688 af Charles Seymour, 6. hertug af Somerset, og restaureret i 1870'erne af Anthony Salvin. Stedet var tidligere besat af et befæstet herregård grundlagt af Henry de Percy, hvoraf kapellet og krypten fra det 13. århundrede stadig står.
Den nuværende bygning indeholder en vigtig samling af malerier og skulpturer, herunder 19 oliemalerier af Turner, som var en fast gæst i Petworth, malerier af Van Dyck, graveringer af Grinling Gibbons og vægmalerier af Louis Laguerre.
