Petworth House in Petworth, West Sussex, Engeland, is een 17e-eeuwse mansion, herbouwd in 1688 door Charles Seymour, de 6e hertog van Somerset, en gerestaureerd in de jaren 1870 door Anthony Salvin. De locatie was eerder bezet door een versterkt herenhuis opgericht door Henry de Percy, waarvan de kapel en de crypte uit de 13e eeuw bewaard zijn gebleven.
Het huidige gebouw bevat een belangrijke collectie schilderijen en sculpturen, waaronder 19 olieverfschilderijen van Turner, die een regelmatige bezoeker van Petworth was, schilderijen van Van Dyck, gravures van Grinling Gibbons en muurschilderingen van Louis Laguerre.
