Arundel Slot er et restaureret slot ved den nærliggende by i det engelske amt West Sussex. Slottet ejes af familien Howard.
Efter den normanniske erobring af England blev Roger II af Montgomery udnævnt af kong Vilhelm Erobreren til den første jarl af Arundel, og han byggede det første slot der, som var et motte-slot. I det tolvte århundrede kom titlen og slottet i hænderne på Willem d'Aubigny, som lod den første stenfundament blive lagt. Kong Henrik II brugte under sin regeringstid mange penge på at forstærke Arundel Slot. I 1243 kom titlen og slottet i hænderne på FitzAlans.
