Combe Martin er en landsby, sogn og tidligere herregård på North Devons kyst cirka 4 miles øst for Ilfracombe. Det er et småt ferieområde ved havet med en beskyttet bugt på den nordvestlige kant af Exmoor National Park.
På grund af dalens smalhed består landsbyen hovedsageligt af én lang gade, der strækker sig 2 miles mellem dalens hoved og havet. Der findes en valgkreds med landsbyens navn. Befolkningen i valgkredsen var ved folketællingen i 2011 3.941.
