Combe Martin ist ein Dorf, eine Zivilgemeinde und ein ehemaliges Herrenhaus an der Nordküste von Devon, etwa 4 Meilen östlich von Ilfracombe. Es ist ein kleiner Küstenort mit einer geschützten Bucht am nordwestlichen Rand des Exmoor-Nationalparks.
Aufgrund der Enge des Tals besteht das Dorf hauptsächlich aus einer einzigen langen Straße, die 2 Meilen zwischen dem Tal und dem Meer verläuft. Es gibt einen Wahlbezirk mit dem Namen des Dorfes. Die Bevölkerung des Wahlbezirks betrug bei der Volkszählung 2011 3.941.
