Waterhouses er en landsby i den sydlige del af Staffordshire Peak District i England. Den ligger omkring 8 miles fra Leek og Ashbourne, og er næsten halvdelen af vejen mellem de to byer på A523-vejen, som groft følger den sydlige grænse af Peak District National Park. Waterhouses er også en civil sogn, oprettet i 1934, da sogneområderne Calton, Cauldon, Waterfall og en del af Ilam blev sammenlagt; tidligere lå landsbyen Waterhouses på grænsen mellem sogneområderne Waterfall og Cauldon. Landsbyen Winkhill er også i sognet. Befolkningen i det civile sogn ved 2011 folketællingen var 1.134.
