Herbrandston er en landsby, sogn og samfund på nordsiden af floden Cleddau i Pembrokeshire, Wales. Det ligger vest for Milford Haven og Hakin og øst for St Ishmael's. Før 1960 og opførelsen af ESSO olie raffinaderiet havde landsbyen kun en befolkning på 200; i takt med at infrastrukturen voksede, voksede befolkningen også. Størrelsen af landsbyen øgede sig inden for få år, da boligområder tilknyttet raffinaderiet blev bygget. Landsbyen har en befolkning på 397, hvoraf 15 procent taler walisisk.
