Watchet er en havneby, civil sogn og valgkreds i amtet Somerset i England, med en befolkning i 2011 på 3.785. Den ligger 15 miles vest for Bridgwater, 15 miles nordvest for Taunton, og 9 miles øst for Minehead. Byen ligger ved udløbet af Washford-floden i Bridgwater Bay, som er en del af Bristol-kanalen, og ved kanten af Exmoor National Park.
