Bourton-on-the-Water er en landsby og civil parish i Gloucestershire, England, som ligger i en bred flad dal inden for Cotswolds-området med fremragende naturlig skønhed. Landsbyen havde en befolkning på 3.296 ved folketællingen i 2011. Meget af landsbyens centrum er et udpeget bevaringsområde.
Bourton-on-the-Waters hovedgade flankeres af lange brede grønne områder og floden Windrush, der løber igennem dem. Floden krydses af fem lave, buede stenbroer. De blev bygget mellem 1654 og 1953, hvilket førte til kælenavnet "Venedig i Cotswolds".
