Winterbourne Down er en landsby i South Gloucestershire, England, beliggende på de nordøstlige udkanter af Bristol. Det er også en del af den civile sogn Winterbourne. Det afgrænses af Avon Ringvej mod syd. Sognets årlige majfest-carnival afholdes her.
Frome Valley Walkway passerer gennem landsbyen og giver udsigt til Huckford Viaduct. Landsbyen indeholder den anglikanske All Saints Kirke og metodistkirken Bethesda. Winterbourne Down er også kendt for sine omfattende skovområder, sine brudhistoriske arv og resterne af en romersk lejr.
