Broadway kaldes ofte 'Cotswolds' juvel'. Typiske er de røde kastanjetræer og honningfarvede Cotswold-kalkstensbygninger, mange stammer fra det 16. århundrede, og The Green. Den berømte cyklist Harold Briercliffe, der foretog cykelture over hele Storbritannien, betragtede denne landsby som "et lidt for meget" eller en overdosis. Her var allerede turisme i 1940'erne, da han passerede her.
