Broadway est souvent appelée la 'Perle des Cotswolds'. Typiques sont les châtaigniers rouges et les bâtiments en calcaire couleur miel des Cotswolds, dont beaucoup datent du 16e siècle, ainsi que la Green. Le célèbre cycliste Harold Briercliffe, qui a fait des tours à vélo à travers la Grande-Bretagne, considérait ce village comme "un peu trop", ou une overdose. Le tourisme était déjà présent dans les années 1940 quand il est passé ici.
