Fowey FOY; Kornisk: Fowydh, der betyder 'Bøgetræer') er en havneby og civil sogn ved udmundingen af floden Fowey i det sydlige Cornwall, England, Storbritannien. Byen har eksisteret længe før den normanniske invasion, med den lokale kirke etableret første gang omkring det 7. århundrede; udmundingen af floden Fowey danner en naturlig havn, som gjorde det muligt for byen at blive et vigtigt handelscenter. Privateers gjorde også brug af den beskyttede havn. Lostwithiel og Fowey Railway bragte kinesisk ler hertil til eksport.
