Leek er en markedby og civil sogn i amtet Staffordshire, England, ved floden Churnet. Den ligger cirka 10 miles nordøst for Stoke-on-Trent. Det er en gammel by og fik sit kongelige charter i 1214.
Det er det administrative center for Staffordshire Moorlands District Council. Kong John gav Ranulph de Blondeville, 6. jarl af Chester, ret til at holde et ugentligt onsdagsmarked og en årlig syv-dages messe i Leek i 1207.
