Thornton-le-Dale er en landsby og civil parish i Ryedale-distriktet i North Yorkshire, England, cirka 3 miles øst for Pickering ved kanten af North York Moors National Park. Området omkring landsbyen spænder over 39,2 kvadratkilometer.
En stråtagbygning, kaldet Beck Isle eller Thatched Cottage og klassificeret som Grade II, blev bygget i det 17. århundrede og modificeret/udvidet i det 20. Bygningen har optrådt på utallige kalendere og chokoladeæsker gennem årene. Et nyt stråtag blev installeret i 2014, så det forbliver malerisk. En bæk, Thornton Beck, slynger sig langs gaderne og krydses af adskillige broer. Meget af landsbyen blev udpeget som et bevaringsområde af North York Moors. Thornton-le-Dale betragtes ofte som en af de smukkeste i Yorkshire.
