Glastonbury Abbey var et kloster i Glastonbury, Somerset, England. Dets ruiner, en bygning af klasse I og et planlagt gammelt monument, er åbne som en besøgsattraktion.
Klosteret blev grundlagt i det 8. århundrede og udvidet i det 10. Det blev ødelagt af en stor brand i 1184, men blev efterfølgende genopbygget og var i det 14. århundrede et af de rigeste og mest magtfulde klostre i England. Klosteret kontrollerede store landområder omkring og var vigtigt i store dræningsprojekter på Somerset Levels. Klosteret blev undertrykt under klostrenes opløsning under kong Henry VIII af England. Den sidste abbed, Richard Whiting, blev hængt, trukket og kvarteret som forræder på Glastonbury Tor i 1539.
