Glastonbury Abbey was een klooster in Glastonbury, Somerset, Engeland. De ruïnes, een gebouw van grade I en een gepland antiek monument, zijn geopend als bezoekersattractie.
De abdij werd opgericht in de 8e eeuw en vergroot in de 10e. Het werd verwoest door een grote brand in 1184, maar werd daarna herbouwd en was tegen de 14e eeuw een van de rijkste en machtigste kloosters in Engeland. De abdij controleerde grote stukken van het omringende land en was cruciaal voor belangrijke drainagesprojecten op de Somerset Levels. De abdij werd onderdrukt tijdens de Ontbinding van de Kloosters onder koning Hendrik VIII van Engeland. De laatste abt, Richard Whiting, werd in 1539 als verrader op Glastonbury Tor gehangen, getrokken en in stukken gesneden.
