HMS Victory er et 104-kanoners første klasse linjeskib i Royal Navy, bestilt i 1758, søsat i 1759 og lanceret i 1765. Hun er bedst kendt for sin rolle som Lord Nelsons flagskib ved slaget ved Trafalgar den 21. oktober 1805.
Hun fungerede desuden som Keppels flagskib ved Ushant, Howes flagskib ved Cape Spartel og Jerviss flagskib ved Cape St Vincent. Efter 1824 blev hun relegaret til rollen som havneskib.
