Western Eye Hospital er et øjenhospital i det vestlige London. Det ledes af Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
Hospitalet blev grundlagt af Henry Obre og John Woolcott, begge kirurger, på St John's Place i Lisson Grove som St Marylebone Eye and Ear Institution i 1856. Det flyttede til større faciliteter på Marylebone Road i 1860, og en ambulatorium blev åbnet af Marquess of Ripon i 1904. Efter at den eksisterende facilitet på Marylebone Road blev meget forfalden, blev der bygget en ny specialbygget facilitet på samme sted og åbnet i marts 1930. Det sluttede sig til det Nationale Sundhedsvæsen i 1948 og blev omdøbt til Western Eye Hospital i 1993.
