Western Eye Hospital is een oogheelkundig ziekenhuis in West-Londen. Het wordt beheerd door de Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
Het ziekenhuis werd opgericht door Henry Obre en John Woolcott, beide chirurgen, op St John's Place in Lisson Grove als de St Marylebone Eye and Ear Institution in 1856. Het verhuisde in 1860 naar grotere faciliteiten aan de Marylebone Road en een polikliniek werd geopend door de Markies van Ripon in 1904. Nadat de bestaande faciliteit aan de Marylebone Road zeer vervallen raakte, werd er een nieuwe speciaal gebouwde faciliteit op dezelfde locatie gebouwd en geopend in maart 1930. Het werd lid van de National Health Service in 1948 en kreeg in 1993 de naam Western Eye Hospital.
