Tunbridge Wells station ligger på Hastings-linjen i den sydlige del af England og betjener Royal Tunbridge Wells i Kent. Den er 34 miles og 32 kæder fra London Charing Cross og er beliggende mellem stationerne High Brooms og Frant. Stationen og alle tog, der betjener den, drives af Southeastern.
Stationen ligger i en åben udgravning med tunneller i begge ender af stationen. Stationen har indgange fra begge sider. Billetkontoret og platform 1 kan tilgås direkte fra gadeplan på den vestlige side af stationen eller via en gangbro fra den østlige side; platform 2 kan tilgås fra gaden eller gangbroen via trapper og en personalebetjent elevator. Begge platforme er skiltet til omvendt drift, og tog ankommer/afgår fra begge platforme i begge retninger.
