Birkhall er en 53.000 acres stor ejendom på Royal Deeside, Aberdeenshire, Skotland, ejet af Kong Charles III. Den ligger ved siden af River Muick sydvest for Ballater.
Ejendommen blev bygget i 1715. Den blev erhvervet fra Gordon-familien, som havde erhvervet den fra Farquharsone-familien. Birkhall blev erhvervet af Prins Albert, gemal af Dronning Victoria, som en del af Balmoral Slot ejendommen i 1849 og givet til hans ældste søn, Albert Edward, Prins af Wales. Victoria købte Birkhall tilbage for at give indkvartering til sit personale og udvidede familie i 1884; Prins Albert Edward havde kun besøgt Birkhall én gang, da han foretrak det større Abergeldie Slot. Birkhall blev besat af General Sir Dighton Probyn, Keeper of the Privy Purse til Kong Edward VII og Comptroller til Dronning Alexandra, i slutningen af det 19. århundrede og begyndelsen af det 20. århundrede.
