Lagan Valley Hospital er et hospital i Lisburn, County Antrim, Nordirland. Det tilbyder tjenester til personer fra Greater Lisburn, Lisburn City Council området og andre dele af det sydøstlige Ulster. Det ledes af South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust.
Hospitalet har sine rødder i Lisburn Union Workhouse og Infirmary, som åbnede under hungersnøden i 1841. Det blev Lisburn og Hillsborough District Hospital i 1921. Efter en større udvidelse blev hospitalet omdøbt til Lagan Valley Hospital i 1947. Efter lukningen af de geriatriske enheder i Killowen og Lissue i 1980'erne fandt der yderligere udvidelse sted.
