Het Lagan Valley Ziekenhuis is een ziekenhuis in Lisburn, County Antrim, Noord-Ierland. Het biedt diensten aan voor mensen uit Groot-Lisburn, het gebied van de Lisburn City Council en andere delen van Zuid-Oost Ulster. Het wordt beheerd door de South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust.
Het ziekenhuis heeft zijn oorsprong in het Lisburn Union Workhouse en Infirmary dat tijdens de hongersnood in 1841 werd geopend. Het werd in 1921 het Lisburn en Hillsborough District Hospital. Na een grote uitbreiding werd het ziekenhuis in 1947 omgedoopt tot Lagan Valley Ziekenhuis. Na de sluiting van de geriatrische afdelingen in Killowen en Lissue in de jaren '80 vond er verdere uitbreiding plaats.
