Colwich jernbaneulykken fandt sted den aften fredag den 19. september 1986 ved Colwich Junction, Staffordshire, England. Det var betydningsfuldt, da det var en højhastighedskollision mellem to fyldte eksprestog. En chauffør blev dræbt, men ingen passagerer omkom på grund af den store styrke af det involverede rullende materiel, som omfattede eksempler på Mk1, Mk2 og Mk3 vogne.
