Shanks Restaurant var en restaurant beliggende i Bangor, Nordirland. Kvalitetsrestauranten måtte bære en Michelin-stjerne i perioden 1996 til og med 2005.
Restauranten, designet af Terence Conran, havde et afvigende koncept. Således var stuen i brug som bar og receptionsområde. Restauranten var beliggende i kælderen, mens der var en mellemetage til "al fresco"-spisning. Det i californisk stil indrettede restaurant var beliggende på grunden af Blackwood Golf Course.
