Korinthkanalen er en kunstig kanal i Grækenland, der forbinder Korinthbugten i Det Ioniske Hav med Saroniskbugten i Det Ægæiske Hav. Den skærer gennem den smalle Isthmus af Korinth og adskiller Peloponnes fra det græske fastland, hvilket gør halvøen til en ø. Kanalen blev gravet gennem Isthmus på havets overflade og har ingen sluser. Den er 6,4 kilometer lang og kun 24,6 meter bred ved havets overflade, hvilket gør den ufremkommelig for mange moderne skibe. Den har i øjeblikket lille økonomisk betydning og er hovedsageligt en turistattraktion.
