Hexamilion-muren var en forsvarsmur, der blev konstrueret tværs over Isthmus of Corinth, som beskyttede den eneste landrute til Peloponnes-halvøen fra fastlandet Grækenland.
Hexamilion står i slutningen af en lang række forsøg på at befæste isthmus, der strækker sig tilbage til måske den mykenske periode. Mange af de peloponnesiske byer ønskede at trække sig tilbage og befæste isthmus i stedet for at stå imod ved Thermopylae, da Xerxes invaderede i 480 f.Kr. Problemet opstod igen før Slaget ved Salamis. Selvom konceptet om en "Fæstning Peloponnes" gentagne gange var blevet foreslået, var befæstningen af isthmus ikke til nogen nytte uden kontrol over havet, som Herodot bemærker.
