Sanctuary of Pandion er navnet, der nogle gange gives til resterne af en bygning beliggende i det sydøstlige hjørne af Akropolis i Athen. Dens fundamenter blev fundet under udgravningerne til opførelsen af Det gamle Akropolis Museum.
Den 40m ved 17m store rektangulære bygning i det fri, der dateres til den senere del af det 5. århundrede, var delt op i to næsten lige store dele af en væg. Den vendte mod vest-nordvest og blev betjent gennem en fremspringende portiko på den vestlige side.
