Buda-slotet, det gamle kongepalads, er et historisk slotskompleks i den ungarske hovedstad Budapest. Kompleksen ligger på Slotshøjen, det gamle byhjerte i bydelen Buda, 70 meter over Donau.
Slotet ligger på en højslette, og hele komplekset består af dusinvis af historisk og arkitektonisk værdifulde bygninger og mange smalle gader og stræder, hvis forløb ikke er ændret i 7 århundreder. Byggeriet af Várhegy-Bástya og fæstningen begyndte efter mongolernes invasion i 1241. I 1255 beordrede kong Béla IV, at en borg samt en by skulle bygges til indbyggerne fra det ødelagte Pest.
Slot og by blev bygget adskilt fra hinanden og omgivet af enorme fæstningsmurer.
