Cooley-halvøen er en bakket halvø i den nordlige del af County Louth på Irlands østkyst; halvøen inkluderer den lille by Carlingford, havnen Greenore og landsbyen Omeath.
Halvøen rummer Cooley-bjergene, hvor den højeste, Slieve Foy, også er det højeste punkt i County Louth med 589 meter. Mod nord ligger Carlingford Lough og grænsen til Nordirland; mod syd ligger Dundalk Bugt. Halvøen er omgivet af den regionale vej R173.
