Het Cooley-schiereiland is een heuvelachtig schiereiland in het noorden van County Louth aan de oostkust van Ierland; het schiereiland omvat de kleine stad Carlingford, de haven van Greenore en het dorp Omeath.
Het schiereiland bevat de Cooley Mountains, waarvan de hoogste, Slieve Foy, ook de hoogste piek in County Louth is op 589 meter. In het noorden ligt Carlingford Lough en de grens met Noord-Ierland; in het zuiden ligt Dundalk Bay. Het schiereiland wordt omringd door de regionale weg R173.
