Wicklow Gap er en af de højeste irske bjergpas, der betjenes af en asfalteret vej. Det ligger i County Wicklow, Irland.
Passet på 475 meter åbner mellem Tonelagee og Turlough Hill / Camaderry. Det forbinder Dunlavin og Glendalough, og med Sally Gap er det et af de to vejpas, der krydser Wicklow-bjergene. På klare dage fra passet er det muligt at se over det Irske Hav og betragte bjergene i Snowdonia.
