Wicklow Gap is een van de hoogste Ierse bergpassen die bereikbaar is via een geasfalteerde weg. Het is gelegen in County Wicklow, Ierland.
De 475-meter hoge pas ligt tussen Tonelagee en Turlough Hill / Camaderry. Het verbindt Dunlavin en Glendalough, en samen met Sally Gap is het een van de twee bergpassen die de Wicklow Mountains doorkruisen. Op heldere dagen is het vanuit de pas mogelijk om over de Ierse Zee te kijken en de bergen van Snowdonia te zien.
