Kilkenny Slot er et slot i Kilkenny, Irland, bygget i 1195 for at kontrollere en vadestykke af floden Nore og krydset af flere ruter. Det var et symbol på normannisk besættelse, og i sin oprindelige tilstand fra det trettende århundrede ville det have dannet et vigtigt element i byens forsvar med fire store cirkulære hjørnetårne og en massiv grøft, hvoraf en del stadig kan ses i dag på Parade.
