Omey Island er en tidevandso i nærheden af Claddaghduff på den vestlige kant af Connemara i County Galway, Irland. Fra fastlandet er øen næsten skjult. Det er muligt at køre eller gå over et stort sandet stræk til øen ved at følge de pilede skilt. Ved højvande er vandet dybt nok til at dække en bil.
