Croagh Patrick ('Patrick's stack'), der kaldes 'the Reek', er et bjerg med en højde på 764 m og et vigtigt sted for pilgrimsrejser i County Mayo, Irland. Bjerget har en pyramideformet top og har udsigt over Clew Bay, der hæver sig over landsbyen Murrisk, flere miles fra Westport. Det er længe blevet set som et helligt bjerg. Det var fokus for et forhistorisk rituallandskab og blev senere forbundet med Sankt Patrick, som siges at have tilbragt fyrre dage med faste på toppen. Der har været en kirke på toppen siden det 5. århundrede; den nuværende kirke stammer fra det tidlige 20. århundrede. Croagh Patrick bestiges af tusinder af pilgrimme hvert år på Reek Sunday, den sidste søndag i juli, en skik der går tilbage til mindst Middelalderen.
