Ros an Mhíl er en by i Irland, i Gaeltacht i Conamara i Galway amt, i provinsen Connacht. Fra havnen sejler den vigtigste færge til Aranøerne i Galway-bugten. Det ligger 23 kilometer fra Galway, og 83% af befolkningen taler irsk.
