Ballintubber Abbey er et kloster 2 kilometer nordøst for Ballintubber, Mayo i Irland, som blev grundlagt af kong Cathal Crobdearg Ua Conchobair i 1216.
På trods af at det blev undertrykt og beskadiget under den protestantiske reformation, fortsatte det tagløse kloster med at blive brugt i hele straffetiderne af katolikkerne. I 1963 blev der udført omfattende arkæologiske udgravninger inden restaureringsarbejdet begyndte. I 1966 var skibet blevet restaureret og fået tag, i tide til 750-års jubilæet for klosterets grundlæggelse, selvom arbejdet fortsatte indtil 1969. I 1997 blev Kapitelsalen og Dorterområdet restaureret og fået tag. I 2016, under fejringen af 800-års jubilæet, blev der givet byggetilladelse til at restaurere hele østfløjen.
