Monfalcone er en by og kommune i provinsen Gorizia i Friuli Venezia Giulia, det nordlige Italien, beliggende ved Trieste-bugten. Monfalcone betyder 'falkebjerg' på italiensk.
Det er et vigtigt industrielt centrum for fremstilling af skibe, fly, tekstiler, kemikalier og raffineret olie, samt hjemsted for Fincantieri krydstogtskibsbygningsfirmaet. Monfalcone er den nordligste by ved Middelhavet.
