Brixen am Eisack er en by og en kommune i den italienske autonome provins Bolzano-Sydtyrol. Det er efter Bolzano og Meran den største by i provinsen.
Byen, tidligere kaldet Brixen am Eisack, ligger i Eisackdalen, cirka 40 km nord for Bolzano og 45 kilometer syd for Brennerpasset, som siden 1919 har været grænsen mellem Nord- og Sydtyrol og dermed grænsen mellem Østrig og Italien. I Brixen mødes floderne Eisack og Rienz.
