Montegrotto Terme er en kommune i den italienske provins Padova og har 10.598 indbyggere. Arealet er 15,2 km2, og befolkningstætheden er 697 indbyggere pr. km2.
I den romerske oldtid var stedet kendt for sine bade med helbredende vand. Guden Aponus blev tilbedt der. Kommunens navn er en forvanskning af de latinske ord: Mons Aegrotorum Thermae eller Bjerget af de Syge og Termiske Bade. Kommunen har et arkæologisk sted på stedet for det tidligere badeanlæg, samt et mindre sted hvor en romersk villa stod ved Via Neroniana.
