Sanremo eller Sanreumo, udtales [saŋˈɾøːmu]) eller San Remo er en by og kommune på den mindre havkyst i Ligurien, i det nordvestlige Italien. Grundlagt i romertiden har den en befolkning på 55.000 og er kendt som en turistdestination på den italienske riviera. Den er vært for adskillige kulturelle begivenheder, såsom Sanremo Musikfestivalen og Milan–San Remo cykelklassikeren.
