Fidenza er en by og kommune i provinsen Parma, Emilia-Romagna regionen, Italien. Den har omkring 27.000 indbyggere. Byen fik navnet Fidenza i 1927, som refererer til dens romerske navn Fidentia; før det blev den kaldt Borgo San Donnino.
Byen stammer fra et romersk lejr grundlagt på det sted, hvor Ananes-gallerne havde deres bosættelse Vicumvia. I 41 f.Kr. modtog den romersk statsborgerskab og blev et municipium.
